Subject: [PATCH] Allow <style> without type attribute
|

According to https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/styling.html#StyleElement, `type`
|
|
can be omitted.
|
|
|
|
> If the attribute is not specified, then the style sheet language is assumed to be CSS.
