Chengchang Tang	df00d8ddda	Add hns roce to device list to support new io ... Devices which are not in the device list does not support new io (ibv_wr_xx). Add patch to support the ibv_wr_xx() API test for hns roce. These patches also set a correct max inline size for hns.
