Subject: [PATCH 14/25] libnuma: cleanup node cpu mask in destructor
Free node_cpu_mask_v2[] bitmap-pointer-array and all of the bitmaps
that it points to.
Fixes the following valgrind warnings:
16 bytes in 1 blocks are still reachable in loss record 1 of 3
