Zhiqiang Liu 5d89d329bd mdadm: remove -Werror to fix [-Werror=address-of-packed-member] problem 
gcc reports [-Werror=address-of-packed-member] error when building
mdadm package. Here, we remove -Werror to fix
[-Werror=address-of-packed-member] problem.
