6be0e83d22 libwd: fix struct for apply patch 
There is a problem with the current directory structure, which will make
uadk's patch unable to be applied directly. Therefore, decompress the
'${name}-${version}.tar.gz' as '${name}-${version}' rather than create it
during rpmbuild.

79f5267031 c529a6e8 | uadk: 'access' the file 'isolate' before read it 
The feature 'isolate' isn't enabled for all 'uacce' versions. So need check
whether this feature is enabled before read it value.

2703bc811b libwd: update wd-1.x to uadk-2.3.11 
1.Support kunpeng920/930.
2.Supprot works with kernel new feature SVA.
3.Continue to support v1 interfaces with existing algorithms.
