Euler Robot c119db64e8 hotpatch: check vm id and pid before using hotpatch api 
Check if the vm is alive before using hotpatch api by calling
virDomainObjCheckActive() to check vm id and calling
qemuDomainHotpatchCheckPid() to check vm pid.
