Zheng Zengkai f63cb80f7d Release 6.6.0-1.0.0.1

As d7de5d8e403a ("cpupower: Bump soname version") changed library soname
from libcpupower.so.0 to libcpupower.so.1, adjust the soname in kernel
spec file accordingly.
