Xie XiuQi 944e32ccf0 kernel.spec: release 5.10.0-1.0.0.8

- update to 5.10.4
- support risc-v kvm
- intrduce flush_dcache_area
- support ILP32 for arm64
- support MBIGEN
- support vcpu stat debugfs
- and some bugfix
