Dengdui Huang e06a17955f sync some patch from upstreaming ...

Support more VLAN fields matching for hns3 and sync a bugfix,
modifications are as follow:
 - net/hns3: add Rx DMA address align check
 - net/hns3: support more VLAN fields matching
