Subject: [PATCH] Cleanup ephemeral IP routes on exception (#2100)

||
|

||
|
|
If an exception occurs during EphemeralIPv4Network setup, any routes
|
||
|
|
that were setup need to be torn down. This wasn't happening, and this
|
||
|
|
commit adds the teardown.
