laokz ff6bde17d4 riscv64: disable %check due to NaN issue

The test rely on NaN payload propagating feature, which
is optional on RISC-V.

There is no easy way to accommodate this. See:
https://bugs.r-project.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18416
